How To Download and Save eBooks and Reports To Your Computer

1) Check your email now:

I just sent you an email that says "Your name, here is how to access your ebooks" in the subject line. In it you will find some important download details, including your download link and password. Please look for it now in your Inbox and your Spam folder.

If you use one of these email providers, click below to login:

:: Google Gmail
:: Yahoo
:: Hotmail - Windows Live

If you did NOT receive the email with your password, it is because...

:: Problem: Its in your Spam folder because your internet service provider mistakenly classified it as spam.

:: Solution: Check your Spam email folder now for an email that says "Your name, here is how to access your ebooks" in the subject line. To insure you get future emails frome me, please mark my email as NOT SPAM and then add both of these email addresses to your address book now:

sfhpublishing AT gmail.com
sfh AT buy-and-sell-cars-for-profit.com

*Replace AT with @ and remove spaces, so my email address looks like this: xxxx@xxxxxxxxx.com

2) Adobe Reader:

You need Adobe Reader to view your PDF ebooks. Adobe Reader is free and most computers already have Adobe Reader installed. If you don't have it or need the latest version, then click here.

3) How to download and save your ebooks to your computer:

Depending on your browser, here are 3 ways to save your ebooks:

IMPORTANT: Create a new folder on your desktop or in your Documents folder and name it something like "Car Book" so you can find it later.

a)
Right click each download link with your mouse and save your ebooks to the 'Car Book' folder you just created by clicking the "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As..." like this:

Or do this...

b)
Click on the download link - Then go to the top right of your PDF ebook and click File - Then click "Save Page As..." - Then save your ebooks to the 'Car Book' folder.

Or do this...

c) Click the download link - Then click on the little floppy disc icon at the top right of your PDF report that looks like this:

IMPORTANT: Again, your password is in the email I sent you immediately after you ordered. The email says "Here is how to access your ebooks" in the subject line. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your Inbox.

The download screen will look like this...

The downloading of each ebook and report will require you to repeat these steps until all of them are saved in the "Car Book" folder you created.

4) Instructions on how to download and save an ebook:

This page shows how to save an ebook to your computer. Scroll 1/3 down the page to where it says Saving a PDF File from our Website To Your Computer for instructions.

5) Your download page:

If you closed the download page (The page I told you not to close ;-) before downloading everything, then you will see your download link and password in the email I sent you immediately after you purchased. Check your SPAM folder if you can't find the email I sent you. Look for an email that says: "Your name, here is how to access your ebooks" in the subject line.

6) Problems downloading? It is 98% of the time because you need to do this:

a) Clear your browsers cache (Temporary Internet Files): Clearing your browser cache or deleting your Temporary Internet Files (same thing) is normal maintenance that should be done regularly on any Windows machine. Your computer will run much better after doing this. Click here for instructions on how to clear your cache. You will NOT lose anything valuable by doing this!

b) Refresh your download page: Immediately after clearing your cache, click the 'Refresh' button for your browsers download page.

c) Restart your computer: Bookmark your download page first.

7) Your download link has expired:

Your download link is active for only 24 hours. Please email me if you need me to reactivate it.

8) Last but not least:

It matters to me that you get started asap. If you are still having problems downloading AFTER you've done everything listed on this page, which was...

a) Clear your browsers cache
b) Restart your computer
c) Refresh your download page
d) Save your ebooks to your computer
e) Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader

...then please email or call me (Steve) at 760-207-7426 (California Time). If I don't answer, leave a message with the best time to call you back.
